You have the option of saving the previous build when you upgrade, which 
I always do...

I agree that the "TradeStation Forum" is a lousy solution to customer 
support - hundreds of newbe questions mixed in with important support 
issues. It is almost impossible to find an answer to a question you post. No 
one could possible have time to read all the stuff posted there.

I would greatly prefer a normal email list where I could save the important 
messages on my computer and junk all the rest.

I have had good luck with phone support so you might try that. They do 
answer the phone promptly and have been very responsive to my questions in 
the past.
