Problem solved!  When I checked more closely I saw that the data was hitting the Global Server
without any lag(Edit Symbol/Load Symbol), but when it showed up in the RadarScreen Quote page there
was the lag.  I tried creating new Quote pages but that would freeze up the program.  I realized at
that point that reinstalling TS2000i was the only option so I did that and the lag is gone.  As an
additional bonus, my RadarScreen scans, which had be working erratically, seem to be working
properly now.  I have a feeling that as long as I use the scans I'll have to reinstall from time to
time just to keep them working.
