Big lag in stock data received in first hour

I'm using DTN IQFeed with Hyperserver Lite and this problem has only been occuring for about two
weeks.  For the first hour or so of trading, the quotes for stocks have been lagging about 5 minutes
behind other data feeds.  I've checked the Quote Monitor in the Hyperserver Lite software and the
quotes are showing there right on time, perhaps a 1/2 second lag.  So something has happened to
create this delay between Hyperserver Lite and the Global Server, or at the Global Server.  I've
tried closing out the radarscreen quote pages (that use up so much cpu power) and closed out most
other programs running concurrently, but the lag is still there.  And a month ago there was no such
lag, even with many other programs running at the same time.

I'm using Windows 2000 and have about 200 symbols in my portfolio, mostly stocks but with 10-20
indices and a few futures.  The e-mini doesn't seem to have this huge lag, but I haven't checked it
very closely.

Has anyone had this experience and are there any suggestions for solving the problem?
