I've had that with TN Satellite but have not used IQ and Hypertense.
Bring up the GSA and go to the performance page and see what it looks
like down in the Queue Performance box.  If you see NM: greater then
0 then the GSA is losing ground.  It just can't keep up.  Otherwise it
might be the Hypertense.  The fact that it happens at the open when
activity is high is a good clue that your machine is just not able to
keep up.
