price resolution question

Guys, I made some system & config changes the
other day and I have noticed since then all bars
are displayed in whole number resolution, rather
than x.25, x.50, x.75 etc

I've looked at Symbol, universe settings, min move
and a few others settings, but haven't found it yet.

Is their a master price resolution or calculation
resolution setting?
