QuantStudio, if it ever tightens all the loose ends, has lots of example
programs that run out of the box, and gets it's documentation up to par,
will be so far superior to TS it is not even worth talking about in the same
breath.

If you are a programmer in C# or VB.net, and need the capacity to
accurately, efficiently, correctly test and implement  trading systems, a
tool like QS is a must.

I use TS primarily to prototype systems and it is very good for that. It is
also quite attractive in charting. It is also one of the few programs that
supports different charting features.
