Yes perfectly on 32 KB computers. Don't know about 64s. Helps to
tweak XP as it has some bloated trash on it that is not needed. I
would say it works better on XP than any other OS, but only better
than Windows 2000 because XP has system recovery to keep XP running
well after a crash and crashes are very rare and hard to produce.
