ANYPRICE DLL FOR TOMORROWS PRICES

i have a ts dll called anyprice.dll. Returns via functions,
anyhigh,anylow,anyclose, the price for any number of bars
into the future, or past. Was mainly written to provide prices
in the data stream historically forward from current bar i.e.
anyhigh(-1) returns the high for the next bar.
My problem is it works find ts4.0, but ts7 can not find the
dll. Anyone worked with this dll in either ts2000i or ts7 and
made it work.
