I use this: www.duocor.com - if you swap out two HDDs in cages on a
cycle basis each day and store them securely it should give you
comfort. (The package is called SystemGuardian - complete 40GB drive
backs up very quickly, and a incremental backup is so quick that you
won't even notice it happening.)
