FWIW, have recently installed a dual Xeon Tyan mobo and serial ATA raid. v.
impresed with performance. Also installed a single processor P4 with raid
and RIMM memory on an ASUS mobo. Storage is far faster on the Tyan.
Would not recommend this ASUS option , but serial ATA raid is worth
considering as a cheaper option than SCSI. This is not taking anything from
ABIT, just another option.
