i would be grateful just to be able to download from history bank
without getting a "download failed" error message... 90-days, 30-days,
one day, daily, tick... can rarely download with success
thanx to omega support staff, i recently "saved" my data file (with
sseveral years of certain tick data & more) as an "old" file into
another directory, so that i could re-install 2000i. guess what... the
"old" data will not restore to the new installation, so i'm in the
process of starting over, including attempting to download from history
bank. thanks to a few on the list, i have accumulated some data, but no
histroical futures tick data.
been using TS from 3.5 forward... this is the first time i have begun to
research other programs & would apreciate any suggestions for comparable
programs to purchase/rent other than TS (i've been on hold for about 2.5
hours just now waiting for 2000i support),,, i hear ts is eliminating
their 2000i support "service" later this year completely anyway, so
change is certain. i erroneously was transferred to the TS-7 support
earlier today & waited quite a while, so i'm not so sure that is the
direction i wish to go in any event... too bad
