Tweezer Top/Bottom code

Morning all,

does someone have the code for the candle formation Tweezer Top or Bottom
and would share it?

or how could I code a tolerance in the condition.
Tweezer Top would be high = high[1] but since it's not always the excat
value I want a tolerance from maybe 0.02% of the high +/- and also be a
correct Tweezer Top.

any help would be appreciate
