I've had Live-Update running for a long time. But also every morning I
reboot, the first job is to go get the manual update (Intelligent
Updater) where there is one 5 out of 6 days.

This I understand is only the latest virus definitions, whereas
Live-Update may update other security features such as to do with the
firewall, but ONLY updates the virus definitions once a week from
Wednesday ?

Point being; there doesn't seem to be any problem in maintaining both!
