I use www.spamweed.com
It's not free but very effective.
I was flooded with spam. Mainly viagra and mortage offers.
1day after installation spam reduced 90% (installation is just setup and ready. No endless lists to check)
Tell the program wich mails it filtred wrong and it will know next time.
Within a week spam was down to almost zero.
Every now and then a new breed of spam pops up and it gets past SpamWeed.
Just teach it (means pres 1 button) and it blocks that type to.
Personally I find blocking whole domains bad. Unless it's 100% sure only spammer use that domain.
It's like nuking a complete city because somewhere there is a terrorist in it. Yes you got the terrorist.
Including many incent victims.
That's my view anyway.
Spamweed is 30 days free to try.
Spyware.
I would recommend "Spy Sweep" from www.webroot.com
Very effective for me.
Popups.
www.admuncher.com
Also a very nice tool that not only kills popups but also removes the small advertising banners from the pages you load.
