Global Server Problems

I have been running TS2ki and e-Signal charting at the same time on Win2000
pro for several months without any problem.  Recently Global Server has
started to crash with the following message:

                Program Error
                "WinRos.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will
                need to restart the program.

                An error log is being created."

The error log message given in Event Log is:

                "Unable to buffer incoming data. Input buffer overflows."

This implies insufficient memory but the computer has 384mb of ram and a big
50gb hard drive.  I've talked with both eSignal and Omega but they couldn't
resolve the problem of why this is happening.  Omega suggested exporting [6
hours] the data from GS, renaming the pds folder to pds2, deleting 2 gsqf
files and the symsway file, all of which I did. I then restarted GS and
imported the data from a backup file in the event the original data file was
corrupted.  But that didn't resolve the problem.

Next, I reinstalled TS2ki over the existing program but the crashes
continued.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
