Keep in mind that even a chimpanzee can learn Visual Basic, so you
might want to write your own stuff. DTN provides specifications for its ethernet port for a few
hundered bucks.  DTN boxes were made ethernet ready, and relied on
third parties to develop software for it.  But then the
broadband revolution came, as soon as the barber and cab driver
realized they only lost money playing the market.

Incidentally, Dynastore has a beta ethernet interface with the TS2000i GS:

However, I'm not sure about the level of enthusiasm this company has
for its products for TS2000i these days.
