Have you installed the latest or_dtn.dll?  See
http://www.tradestationworld.com/training/updates_downloads.shtm for a
notice that dtn made some changes on its feed on 3/17/2003 that require the
new .dll.  As usual there is no explanation of the changes or what the dll
does.  May not be related to your problem at all...just shooting in the
dark.
