Reading through the Dynastore tech support person's reply, named
"DB", it seems to me that "DB" is giving you correct advice. If
this crash occurs with TS4, then you have 2 alternatives: (1) try
the fix that "DB" suggests; if this bug did not begin until
recently, you may need to reinstall on a clean or different
machine; (2) switch to TS2000i.
Chances are rather good that switching to TS2000i will make the
problem go away.
