Global Server input data format

Does anyone know the exact serial input format of
data, let us say esignal, so that one can generate a
serial data ticks that will operate Global Server ?

Would like to tie to computers together, one to send
out a serial tick data stream of tick data and Global
Server will accept it.
This will allow me to do a quasi-real time type of
back testing.

Is the input ascii or hex type of data ?
