I also use this card under W2k but am not using it to support dual monitors
yet.  I have had no problems with it to this point.  Picture quality is
fine.  Can't speak for 3D but my guess is that there are better choices for
this application.

One thing to check on Dean is your system's Bios.  My understanding is that
some of the newer video cards have problems with an older bios.  I just had
mine upgraded and found out I was 6 revisions behind on a PC bought 6 months
ago.
