I too believe in God, and for those who ask how could God let this happen,
the answer I heard this Sunday from Rev. John Crosby worked for me.
"God did not let this happen, he is part of this, he agonizes with us, in
this major battle of good vs evil, but know this, he is with us and always
will be".
It worked for me, hopefully for others . . .
