Diplomatic efforts hell!

We had eight years of touchy, huggy, plastic banana, good-time,
rock-and-roll "diplomatic efforts" from "Billy Buffoon" and the rest of his
clowns who were more prepared for Woodstock than for Washington.

And now we have maybe 20,000+ American CIVILIANS slain!

Diplomatic efforts?  Here's to your "diplomatic efforts".
