Not only America must answer. America is not able to ban terrorism of this
kind on its own. America and Europe, the Nato and probably all civilized
countries including Russia must work together. Terrorism is an invisible
enemy, we must fight it together because it can happen everywhere.

that's right and the answer is cooperating.

That is what they learned then, now we all have to learn that there are sick
people in the world willing to give their lives. They can pop up everywhere.
The only way to locate these sick people is working together. The civilized
world must define its common goals and defend these. Not only national
goals.

That will be really difficult to do. These guys sometimes live in the
mountains far away from us.

These sick people were mostly children not older than 18 (of what I have
seen) with a total lack of diversified information. We must give them
diversified information. How? I do not know. So, untill these people change
their one way mind, we run the risk of other attacks. If we can not prevent
it then we must defend. How? Together.

I agree 100% but this will be very difficult. Minimizing the risks of
another attack would be second best.
