Jack,

You do me too much credit! Although I know ohm's law and have an amateur
license,
I never studied EE. I was an ABD in Combinatorics (discrete math), bought an
Apple II,
became enamoured with desktop computers, got a MS in Computer Science, and
went
to work for HP.

However, I mostly work with EEs, and have learned a lot of DSP through the
years of
working on TA.
