of this news-group to find a another charting toolbox?>
I have TS4 so I don't know about the new charting problems, but I do use
another product for some testing. Technifilter Plus (www.rtrsoftware.com)
has some nice backtesting and reporting features. For instance, you can run
a test on a 100 issues automatically or run 100 strategies on 1 issue
automatically. Its completely programmable like TS, but the language is
more cryptic, like a RPN (reverse polish notation). The good part is that
its hundreds of dollars not thousands. The charting is not up to TS
standards and it has some bugs and rough edges, but it is still worthwhile.
