EL does it fine. It's more challenging than any computer can handle when it
has to deal with perhaps hundreds of simultaneous users.
All with their own algorithms for scanning all of the NYSE and NASDAQ. IBM
has Big Blue. I jest but, it is really a data accessing problem. All stocks
with their back data cannot be saved in RAM and therefore must be retrieved
by the hard drive for at least the first round of calculations.
