Pierre,
You have forgotten to mention the surviving ones,
like
Investor RT
Metastock Pro
RavenQuote
etc.
And of course, our NeoTicker RT :)
Since you mentioned that you are satisfied with
basic stuff as long as the platform can do DLL
and/or COM, then maybe you will be interested
to know that NeoTicker RT is the only game
in town that takes ActiveX object.
Can TS or TSPro use ActiveX object? I think not.
And of course, NeoTicker RT can handle
multiple datafeeds, including the feed you like
sp comstock :)
I agree aiming to outperform what TS do best
is a waste of time - I prefer cooperative software
environment that one can integrate multiple tools
together to get the job done.
Remember that even though there are software projects
that failed to deliver final products, these
attempts sparks new ideas and concepts that
existing market leaders will never implement unless
forced by change in market forces.
