Hey Jim,

That start menu is pretty powerful once you get the hang of it. Open up
Windows Explorer and drill down under the Windows folder until you find
a folder named Start Menu. There won't be any executables in there, just
tiny "shortcuts" to executables, identified by the little arrow on the
icon. You can right click on a shortcut icon, select properties and, if
you want, modify the command line parameters.

So, the first step is to customize the Start Menu using Explorer so the
stuff you use all the time is easy to get at. Example - make a TS4
folder under the Start Menu folder. Expand the Start Menu \ Programs
folder and find the TS shortcuts you use. Drag them with the RIGHT mouse
button to your new TS4 folder and choose "copy here" from the popup. Or
right drag them to the main Start Menu folder if you want them to be
really easy to get at. Rename them if you want. They will still work.
You can also do the same thing and right drag them to the desktop to
make copies there.
