Ned Davis book-Being right or making money

Does anyone have any comments on this book.  I can not seem to find it locally.  I have seen it recommended a few times.

There is very little said on Amazon on it.
I am interested in a quick summary and comments on if its worth buying.  Is a money management book, trading ideas etc.
