Ideal TESTING Platform

A friend did a little research: one of the so-called ideal
platforms, Ned Davis Technalyzer, LEASES for $ 80,000 /
year. It does include their fundamental database, but no
individual stock or future data. The big negative, from my
perspective, is the program's lowest periodicity possible is
60 minutes.

Mark Brown -- any platform that can handle 5-minute, or even
1-minute data? (Above friend & I have already spent the $
80,000 on our own yet-to-be-completed platform, so that is
not the rub.)

Thanks.

P.S. Anyone interested in continuing this new thread on
Ideal TESTING platform, and/or Ideal TRADING Platform?
(Note: platform friend & I are developing are for our own
use, so this is not a sales pitch.) Such a thread might
inspire some current products to include some features
discussed.
