This topic has a slight tendency to start flame wars, but here goes with a
quick list off the top of my head.
1. TS2Ki bogs down in fast markets and at the open EVERY day. This makes it
impossible to type notes on a chart, change scale, zoom, move or add drawn
objects, etc. When you most need TS2Ki, you can't interact with it.
2. The QuoteMonitor gives different prices from what the charts show. The
QuoteMonitor takes a humongous amount of resources.
3. The Tracking Center uses a humongous amount of resources.
4. The WorkSpace Assistant uses a humongous amount of resources.
5. There is a practical limit of approximately 16 WorkSpaces that can be
open and used effectively.
6. TS2Ki must be used on a dedicated Win2k machine.
All the above assume you are using a real time data feed for intraday
charting and analysis. End of day use avoids these problems. Mine is
running on a 500MHz PIII with 256Mb RAM and DTN satellite. I'm sure I
missed a few, anyone else want to help Jody with this question?
