spy software?

I like to inform you that there is a software around which try´s to send
informations back to the internet.
I have installed zone alarm and I got a message that cd_load.exe like to
dial into the internet. The software is installed in
C:\windows\system\cd_load.exe
cd_clint.dll
cd_swf.dll
The originator is Cydoor Technologies ad-system.
If anyone has experience with this kind of software please let me know.
