I'm using TS4 and it gets its time from the feed.  I, too, set my internal
clock to an internet time server every hour.  I just checked my TS4 time and
my system clock time and there was zero skew (this is not always true,
however).  If you're using TS2000i, however, it has an option which causes
your system clock to be set to the feed time (and that, I believe, is the
default setting of the option).  I don't know how often TS2Ki resets your
clock, but that is probably the source of the discrepancy you're observing -
assuming that you are using TS2Ki.

My feed, incidentally, is BMI/cable and I've never seen a skew as large as a
minute.
