I have the same thing. The time on Ts charting comes from the computer's
clock but they do not match for me either. Actually Omega's time is about
30 sec behind my computer clock. I sync my computer clock to the atomic
clock but something causes my computer clock to fall behind the atomic clock
by 2 seconds. This problem does not happen on my other computers which do
not have Ts2k installed. Computer clock remains exactly synced with the
atomic clock.

In the lower right corner of the Omega Screen the time appears. Can someone
tell me where this number comes from. Below it is my computer time on the
task bar and they always seem to be 1 minute apart.
