Peter,

This is good information but a disk defragmenter will do no more than
"straighten out" the file disk clusters and the big problem with the TS4
tick file is record fragmentation within the file - for which a disk
defragmenter will provide no help.  My Unfragger works solely on the tick
file to unfragment the records of the file.
