Fwd: SP's and Passwords

 Can anyone who uses TS2000i tell me if there is a password on each service pack?
 
 I am looking at purchasing a used version (I *do* understand the license issues) with SP3.  Will
 I
 be able to upgrade it to SP5 without being an original owner?
