I'll add my whine to the list. In the year I've had Tradestation 2Ki it
dies on a daily basis. My workspaces go blank. It locks up after
completing the nightly maintenance and there is a bug in the Tradestation
DLL that handles custom indicators which contributes to the lock-ups. I'm
running on Windows 2K with dual 450 PII's and 512meg of memory and the data
goes on a wide fast scsi drive. It still bogs down at the open and if I try
to do anything with indicators during the day it gives me a white screen.
To make it worse, to fix it I have to reboot my system. Also, since I use
DTN as my data feed there are problems with some of the symbols because
Omega and DTN aren't talking.

My point is there are some VERY legitimate issues with Tradestation.
By-the-way, I'm an engineer and a lot of the gripes are valid. When
Tradestation works it does a good job for me but it craps out so often that
I'd buy someone else's software in a heartbeat if there was something with a
comparable feature set. In the mean time I fight the battle daily to keep
it running.

Regards;
John
