Loading Dll's

I have tried to use the AnyOHLC.dll by loading it into TS as an ela and
putting the code at the beginning of the signal that I wrote .. I then load
the dll file (called AnyOHLC.DLL) into the "Prog" folder in the Omega
Research folder.  When I try to insert the strategy onto a chart I get the
message :"Cannot find library c:\Omega\Prog\ANYOHLC.DLL"  ??
What am I missing?
