Nothing of the software below beats TS in the programming field and ease of use.
The software that you mention can be used in Europe too, this is not where the problem is.
Regarding to the Safir-X neurofuzzy software, an institutional platform is under development.
Probaly also a daily standalone version too.
But we will continue to have an intraday version that will run exclusively on the Omega Research platform,  still the best choice for us, and for a long time.
