Alan,

Thank you for responding to my post.  I talked to Omega and they  did point 
out that I needed to activate the Enable Messaging feature under Format 
 > Window.  This seemed to make some of my charts send messages and other 
not send them.  I was encouraged to see it working some of the time.  With 
a little tweaking I'm pretty confident I can get it to work most of the 
time.  I seemed to find the most info about this topic under Messaging in 
Omega help.

The Enable Messaging check box is located under Format Window > Properties 
tab > look at bottom.  I also had to set up mail on my NT box.  It was pretty 
simple.  I think the most advanced info I had to give it was the SMTP and 
POP3 server addresses.
