Isn't it illuminating that OR has gone to MarketStream for their Data Server
rather than develop their own Server in house.  After all, they have all
this experience and they've been in the business far longer than
MarketStream.

Yes they are. I know the guys at MS and M3 is behind TS.com and several
stock execution systems. M3 will never be available to the public. Its a
monster and very complicated setup....
