RE: Multi-Monitor Alternative

Just plug in the second graphics card. Win2000 will recognize it, load the
drivers and you can then decide the placement and order of your two monitors
in Display. I bought an inexpensive PCI S3 ViRGE DX/GX to put with an
integrated Intel card. In this case, the plug-in card becomes your number
one card. I believe there is a list of suitable cards on the Microsoft web
site.

Also remember that you must use sizable windows if you want to stretch your
Workspace across two screens. If you are using TS4, stretch the screen
before opening a Workspace. TS2000 remembers the setup.

Subject: Multi-Monitor Alternative

I know I can use something like the Matrox Dualhead cards to output to 2
monitors. However, under W2K it is not possible to have different
resolutions for the two different monitors (possible only in W98 and Wme).
My question is, can I just plug in TWO separate graphics cards instead? How
easy is it to configure if I just plug in two separate graphics card onto a
W2K system? Has anyone had any success with this and any problems with TS2K
with this setup?
