Leslie G. :  3 Ways follow.

1-    If your NT4 Is NOT NTSF then make that HD (assuming 66 vice SCSI )
MASTER  - - then take Second HD and make it SLAVE.  Plug 2nd HD into
power and ribbon cable of 1st computer.  Re-do BIOS portion to detect second
HD and then just copy files direct one HD to Second HD.  Very Fast.

2-    If you are Networked with your computers ( say a LAN ) Tx in that
manner.

3-    If you know someone who has LapLink for Win2k  - - use it. { LapLink
for
        Windows will work up thru Win98,  but NOT Win2k }.  Lastly, LapLink
       for DOS will work - - just be a little more careful.
