Thank you Jim.
I don't want to buy SafirX at this time. :)
And 300-500 $ get better with my cash avaibility (I'm young), but I'm not sure that an Omega research licence can be transfered ...
I don't need a RT feed at this time, I'm just testing. (But one day ...)
Best wishes in this " Greenspannitude "
Raf

Hello ferrue,
TradeStation is an exceptional tool. I use version 4 on two machines.
I tried ProSuite 2000i but found it unstable with realtime trading.
TS4 doesn't have all the smaller conveniences but it still can do more
than enough for most all traders. You can develop systems, backtest
them, run them in real time, get alerts, even have it page you.
Many people on the Omega list complain about Omega Research and they
deserve criticism for 2000i. But the TS4 product fine. You can
usually buy a copy (with permanent password and dongle) on
ebay--$300-$500 .
I suggest you contact Pierre Ophelin (www.sirtrade.com). I think he
represents Omega Research in Europe--in Paris I think.
Also, check out www.dynastorelight.com. They sell software that
allows you to feed TS4 and 2000i with various data services and I
recall several are European based.
Good luck.
Best regards,
Jim
