As a follow up to this subject, most of these schemes talk about avoidance,
when what they mean is evasion. And no, it's not legal, in the US anyway.
Over the past few years the IRS has put many measures into place that make
it virtually impossible for an individual to do this legally. It may be a
little bit easier in other countries.
