Dear Randall & Group,

I concur.

I signed up with LOS several years ago when Jeff Jacobsen still owned and ran
it. He sold it -- thereafter, in my opinion, it went downhill. When I had
subscribed to it from Jeff, I received from him a written promise that I could
unsubscribe at any time and receive a rebate for any unused portion of my
subscription. After Jeff left, I cancelled my subscription and requested a
rebate. The "new" LOS replied "Our policy is no rebates." I sent them a copy
of the written promise I had received from Jeff and asked them to reconsider.
They never replied.

Later, I subscribed to Ben's (and Mike's) service and found them different in
style from but equal in quality to Jeff's old service.

Are you aware that Jeff is back in business as http://www.xsquawk.com ?

Sincerely,

Richard
