WOW - Thanks Mark C. I missed that "per year" misrepresentation by Mark
Brown. TradeLab is extremely reasonable in price. Everything for $1,915
plus shipping if you buy now. More if you wait for Version 2.0. That is
total purchase price for the right to use it forever (Mark Brown, that is
what perpetual means, in case you have forgotten) for $1,990. Then, if you
apply for a rebate before ordering, you get a $75 check approximately 10
days after the return period expires. Did you get that Mark Brown net TOTAL
COST of $1,915.

Mr. Brown,
What is the basis of your claim that the TradeLab licence fee is
$2,000 per
year. According to the licence agreement excerpted below the term of the
license is perpetual.

License Term: The term of the license granted by this Limited Product
License Agreement shall be perpetual, so long as the Product User does not
breach any provision contained herein. The license term shall expire
immediately and Product User shall immediately forfeit all rights granted
herein if any provision of this Limited Product License Agreement is
breached.

give the slow progress of bob brickey and what he can singularly
accomplish - i remember he was charging beta testers 1000.00 to beta
tl and now he wants to charge 2000.00 per year for tl while he has not
finished the most basic thing would need in a program - backtesting -
optimization and data maintenance " thats better that one paste at a
time " if this is even doable in tl.
