Tick Data Inc used to have a program that did this. They gave it away with
data but it might be ontheir web site?

I think this is possible to do it with ACCESS 2000:
You can create queries and then export the result into a TXT file

Does anybody know a program which converts tick data into a ascii format of
open/high/low/close/vol etc for a certain period?
