What are you going to do with this? Who will have access to the info?
Why do you need the info at all - some, such as educ seems a bit of a
stretch. In today's "make-a dossier" world, this is prime, sellable
info. I think you should have a privacy policy so we know what will be
done with this.
Remember - we don't have a clue who Bilo is, do we? Doesn't inspire
confidence to send a "profile", does it? Some of us might be as
interested in maintaining privacy as you apparently are :-).
