TS4 SIMEX Problem

I am having a problem getting TS4 to collect daily data for Simex futures.
Intraday data is fine, but no daily data is getting saved for any symbol
(NI, JB, EY).  TS4/DBC server on Win 2000 with computer clock set to US
Eastern time.  I am stumped -- tried changing session times around, tried
deleting and re-adding, no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?
